| The BioChamber™ is a self-contained, automated, in-vessel thermophilic composting system designed to convert food waste (including meat, dairy & fish waste), animal manure, sewage sludge (biosolids) and other biodegradable waste into a saleable soil product. Its stackable, scalable, modular design allows for siting flexibility and can process anywhere between 1 and 800 or more* tons/day utilizing the most minimal space requirement in the industry. The BioChamber™ provides automated loading, turning and compost discharge to reduce labor cost and increase worker safety. State-of-the-art process controls measure temperature, oxygen and moisture content to maintain ideal conditions for expedited stabilization of waste without odor as well as to validate composting temperatures and residence time for local enforcement agencies. All exhaust air is treated through a bio-filter which controls odor and captures 100% of leachate (liquid) for beneficial reuse. The system offers advanced remote control and is programmable for 7-21 day waste stabilization times.
