The BioTower™ is a self-contained, automated, in-vessel thermophilic composting system designed to convert food waste (including meat, dairy & fish waste), animal manures, sewage sludge (biosolids) and other biodegradable waste into a saleable soil product. Its unique vertical design offers the smallest footprint/ton in the industry allowing for efficient processing even in the most space restricted environments. The system is ideal for capacity requirements ranging from 1 to 20 tons/day. The BioTower™ provides automated loading, turning and compost discharge to reduce labor cost and increase worker safety. State-of-the-art process controls measure temperature, oxygen and moisture content to maintain ideal conditions for expedited stabilization of waste without odor as well as to validate composting temperatures and residence time for local enforcement agencies. All exhaust air is treated through a bio-filter which controls odor and captures 100% of leachate (liquid) for beneficial reuse. The system offers advanced remote control and is programmable for 7-21 day waste stabilization times.
